We are currently seeking a Private Client Advisor II to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and providing a Branded Client Experience by leveraging the full range of Private Bank and bank capabilities and services. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience or equivalent business experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business opportunities
- Source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk appetite
- Deliver a Branded Client Experience by understanding clients' needs and providing integrated recommendations
- Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client experience
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent financial services/business experience
- Drive new business development for target client segment with $3MM++ investable assets
- Strong interpersonal skills and high touch, client-focused approach
- Ability to influence and close business
- Solutions-oriented with sales and financial aptitude
- Skilled negotiator
- Collaborative and able to identify the need for team specialists
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start)

Desired Skills:

- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
