Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting for exempt organizations.

- Assist clients in achieving measurable results by advising on obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status, identifying planning opportunities, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
- Review work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals.
- Innovate through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
- Review contracts and find opportunities to introduce new pricing options.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Juris Doctorate in Accounting or Taxation.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of exempt organization tax issues.
- Experience with programming in SAS or a similar statistical software package.
- Technical skills in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and delegate responsibilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry or sector trends.
