The successful candidate will proactively manage family law cases, provide superior customer service to clients, and contribute to practice improvement recommendations while ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service including regular status reports and case reviews
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to enhance client satisfaction
• Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client metrics
• Handle 1st chair family law cases with efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
