The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the US Virgin Islands. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. 10+ years of labor and employment experience. Experience conducting and defending depositions, and must possess second or first chair experience representing employers before administrative agencies, in arbitration, and in bench or jury trials. Experience preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and must be able to provide excellent written and analytical work. Ability to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
