The Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice of PwC is currently seeking a Senior Manager level candidate with 5+ years of experience in tax services, specifically in the areas of partnership allocation and reporting. This role will involve providing tax consulting and compliance services for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other private partnerships. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and be a CPA or member of the bar.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Interpreting and applying relevant sections of the US Tax Code and associated regulations as they relate to partnership structures and transactions.
- Consulting and modelling pre- and post-IPOs, as well as a wide range of M&A and equity transactions.
- Managing the process for and reviewing Federal and State tax returns.
- Collaborating with other departments to design and implement systems and process enhancements.
- Leading teams and actively promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA or member of the bar.
- 5+ years of experience in tax services, with a focus on partnership allocation and reporting.
- Knowledge of partnership structures and related transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and spinoffs.
- Experience with financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation, and advisory services.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Code sections 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, and 743(b).
- Ability to interpret and process complex information to calculate partnership allocations.
- Familiarity with Form 1065 and K-1 preparation and report writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Experience with business development and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation/digitization tools.
