Hollywood office of our client seeks a family law associate attorney with 5 years of experience practicing family law in Florida. The candidate will manage all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, paternity matters, prenuptial, postnuptial, etc. Will manage the Paralegal team. Report to the managing attorney. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and Final Judgements. Attend court hearings and mediation, and conduct or defend depositions. Manage a case lead and adhere to strict internal and external deadlines. Attend networking events and participate in community outreach efforts to grow the firm's client base. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Should have knowledge of local and state laws, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
