The law firm of Ogletree Deakins is currently seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in St. Thomas, United States.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the US Virgin Islands. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, including conducting and defending depositions, representing employers in administrative agencies and trials, and preparing and arguing dispositive motions. The candidate must also have excellent writing and analytical skills and be able to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.

The Employment Litigation Associate will have the opportunity to work with premier local and national employers, providing legal services in a sophisticated practice. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation in all aspects of corporate labor and employment law
- Develop creative solutions for client problems
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Represent employers in administrative agencies, arbitration, and trials
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions
- Contribute to a respectful and collegial office environment

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in the US Virgin Islands
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Experience conducting and defending depositions, representing employers in administrative agencies and trials, and preparing and arguing dispositive motions
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Commitment to a respectful and collegial office environment
