Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution
  • Transferable skills and strong academic background from nationally recognized schools

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
  • State licensure to practice law
  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
