Qualifications:
- Must be barred in NY State and admitted in Federal Court.
- 3+ years of document review experience is required.
- Prior courtroom experience and experience negotiating settlements should be highlighted on the resume.
- Must have experience taking and defending depositions as first chair.
- Strong research and writing skills are required, and candidates must submit a writing sample.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and strong communication skills are essential.
