White Collar Attorney The candidate should have 7 years of experience in white collar and/or civil and criminal tax controversy matters, with some time spent in the public sector as a trial lawyer and civil and criminal trial and appellate experience in both federal and state courts. Experience with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, the . Attorney’s Office, and/or the DOJ Tax Division is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to develop business, which may include a portable book of business with growth potential; the ability to manage files, supervise client contact, and lead cases; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required.
