With a team of over 300 attorneys, CLS is at the forefront of ensuring that Florida's children are protected and provided with safe and permanent homes.

Job Summary:

CLS is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is eligible for either a part-time or full-time permanent appointment. The Senior Attorney will have primary responsibility for multiple cases and must ensure that all legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children. The Senior Attorney will also collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather necessary evidence and prepare partners to serve as witnesses at trial.

Qualifications:

- Law degree
- Training provided through a multi-week onboarding program, quarterly intensive training, and annual advanced litigation academy
- Fulfillment of all CLE requirements through webinars and live trainings
