Requirements:

  • Admitted to the . Bar or eligible to waive into the . Bar.
  • 1-2 years of experience covering a broad range of environmental issues.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the . Bar or eligibility for waiver.

 

Skills:

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work on widely varying matters as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations, including RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, TSCA, FIFRA, NEPA, ESA, and analogous state statutes.
