Location: Tallahassee, FL or Remote Investigative Field Office Locations
Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

- Independently prosecute violations of state law and administrative rules by licensees of healthcare professions
- Review case files, develop legal opinions, and prepare probable cause recommendations
- Present cases before healthcare licensure boards and represent the Department in court
- Manage an inventory of cases and respond to public records requests
- Provide timely and professional representation during all stages of litigation
