Job Title: Compliance Manager
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy
Location: Hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with 1-2 days in office per week
Salary: $89,460 to $127,800 (based on location and other factors)

Overview:

- Manage foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence
- Conduct projects, initiatives, regulatory audits, internal audits, and risk assessments
- Establish project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult as a subject matter expert
- Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee various compliance projects and initiatives
- Plan and conduct audits, risk assessments, and mock audits
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult with clients
- Conduct complex investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 6 years in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy
- Strong writing skills
- Legal training or experience researching and analyzing federal or state laws
- Familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

- Regulatory change management experience
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this specific position is $89,460 to $127,800
- Based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the company
