Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital risk advisory and cybersecurity law.
• Experience advising on privacy and security obligations, state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations, and defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
• Previous law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience preferred.
• Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Awareness of data privacy and security laws.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in digital risk advisory and cybersecurity law (preferred).
