# Tax Controversy Counsel

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Tax Controversy Counsel to join their Taxation and Wealth Planning Department in multiple offices across Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC; and Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of tax litigation experience and must meet the qualifications outlined below.

## Qualifications

* Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required
* Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides

## Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

* Tax court experience required
* Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred
* Strong academic record and analytical skills are required

## Work Environment & Physical Demands

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
