Job Title:
Mid-Level to Senior Health Care Associate

Experience Information:
- 5-10 years of transactional and regulatory health care experience preferred
- Experience with data privacy or life sciences is a plus
- Experience with M&A, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute analysis, and/or hospital representation preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and solution-oriented legal advice to clients
- Manage projects independently and as part of a team
- Interact directly with clients to understand and address their needs
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and developments
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff
