- Law firm seeking a junior-level associate to join their Private Client Group
- Position based in Denver with opportunities in Salt Lake City, Boise, or Jackson
- Must have 0-3 years of experience in trust & estate planning
- Responsible for creating and implementing wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals
- Collaborate and assist with complex estate and trust administration matters
- Strong academic background and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent legal research, communication, and writing skills needed
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a high-stress environment
- Prior professional experience and/or LLM a plus
- Merit-based compensation with salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 (based in Colorado)
- Generous bonus program and eligibility for fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
