Position Overview:
We are seeking a Healthcare Associate with a strong interest in technology use in healthcare to join our team at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work exclusively in the rapidly growing field of digital health, representing startups and founder-led companies at all stages of development. You will also have the chance to work with some of the most innovative and pioneering healthcare technology companies in the industry, as we currently represent over 400 digital health companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare through technology and make a meaningful impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to digital health companies on regulatory compliance and corporate practice of medicine
- Work closely with startups and founder-led companies at all stages of development, from pre-formation to capital markets
- Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Utilize strong business judgment to advise clients on legal matters

Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate practice of medicine
- Strong interest in technology use in healthcare
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional client service skills
- Good business judgment and ability to provide strategic legal advice

Locations:

Salary:
