Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm with multiple offices, is currently seeking a Nonprofit Organizations Associate to join their Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. This is a full-time position available in Exton, PA; Greensboro, NC; and Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides

Responsibilities:

- Provide taxation and wealth planning services for nonprofit organizations
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate work for nonprofit corporations
- Advise on charitable gift planning and general tax knowledge

Requirements:

- Strong academic record and excellent writing skills
- Experience in a large law firm preferred
- LLM or CPA certification is a plus

Work Environment:

- This is a clerical, office-based role
- Standard office equipment will be used
