This position is available in either our Los Angeles or Orange County office.

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a qualified Attorney to join our Toxic Tort practice group in California. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of litigators and trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to practice law in California
- 5+ years of experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial
- Prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice is preferred
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills

- Annual salary range of $90,000-$165,000, with potential for adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors
