Job Description:

As a midlevel Patent Litigation Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent disputes, including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal. We are looking for candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field, and 3-6 years of experience in litigating patent disputes. Practical work experience in a technical field is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-suit investigations and research related to patent disputes
- Assist in all aspects of trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies
- Handle all aspects of appeal proceedings

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar and in good standing in the location of practice
- 3-6 years of experience litigating patent disputes
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field
- Practical work experience in a technical field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary Information:
- Compensation range: $225,000 to $390,000 annually
