ABC LAW is seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our team as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Santa Cruz and as an Associate Attorney at our prestigious law firm. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of four (4) years of municipal law experience who is passionate about working on a diverse range of legal issues. As a Deputy City Attorney/Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services in transactional and/or litigation matters. This includes handling issues related to the Brown Act, CEQA, land use, planning, affordable housing, contracts, construction, constitutional law, Public Records Act, premises liability, eminent domain, code enforcement, and more.
