Holland & Hart's Real Estate, Construction, and Finance Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in multiple locations. We are a full-service law firm with approximately 470 lawyers across eight states and in Washington, ., delivering integrated legal solutions to regional, national, and international clients of all sizes in a diverse range of industries.

We are looking for a talented individual with at least two years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing
- Title, land use, and rights of way
- Construction contracts
- Loan documents

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex matters while being supported by a collaborative and diverse culture. Salary Range (for Colorado positions only):
At Holland & Hart, compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, we are providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $185,000 - $230,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance, and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
