Overview:
WSP, a top engineering and consultancy company, is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel with experience in construction, mining, oil & gas, hydro-electrical power, or environmental law. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all business units to provide a strategic blend of business and legal advice
- Negotiate contracts for consulting, engineering, and construction services
- Implement pro-active risk mitigation strategies
- Manage litigation and claims
- Advise on internal and external communications

Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, with 3 to 5 years in the industry preferred
- Law degree from a recognized institution and membership in good standing with a bar
- In-house experience with an international organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
