The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters and be a California licensed attorney with strong academic credentials. Job Title: Professional Liability Attorney
Location: Sacramento, California
Experience: 7+ years in complex civil litigation/professional liability matters
Salary Range: $150,000-195,000 per year (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

- Independently handle cases and analyze complex legal issues
- Develop and implement discovery plans
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage document-intensive cases
- Draft dispositive motions
- Prepare for trial

Requirements:

- California licensed attorney
- Strong academic background
- Passion for advocacy and finding creative legal solutions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
