Additionally, they will assist the IP team in patent clearance and enforcement projects, showcasing their forward-thinking, thorough, and detail-oriented approach.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong skills in patent application drafting and prosecution, with a solid understanding of patent database search techniques. They should also have substantive academic and professional knowledge, fostering effective collaboration within a law firm environment. A mandatory requirement is an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of intellectual property experience in patent transactional matters, coupled with a USPTO registration number, is required, while an advanced technical degree is advantageous.
