  • Strong knowledge of CLO structures, securitizations, and warehouse financing.
  • Excellent understanding of financial and regulatory issues related to CLO transactions.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
