Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, preferably focusing on borrower-side representation.
  • Strong understanding of finance and corporate law principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility for admission by waiver.
