Position Summary:

As a Litigation Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing family law cases from beginning to end, providing superior customer service to clients, and making improvement recommendations to practice managers. This position requires 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on family law, as well as a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university and a license to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
- Make recommendations for improvement to practice managers based on performance metrics and client satisfaction
- Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
- 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on family law
- 1st chair family law experience
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado
- Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
