## Tax Credit & Impact Finance Associate Attorney - St. Louis

Stinson LLP is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs). The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background and experience in commercial real estate, commercial lending, structured finance, and/or general federal income tax.
