Real Estate Staff Attorney - West Coast Offices

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Real Estate Staff Attorney to join their Affordable Housing team in one of their West Coast offices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, lending, finance, real estate joint ventures, and land development projects. Lender side financing experience, affordable housing experience, and prior law firm experience are preferred, as well as strong title and survey experience and the ability to work with paralegals.

The successful candidate will have an active, in-good-standing state bar license, excellent writing skills, high level of attention to detail, track record of responsiveness, and positive professional references.

The position offers excellent opportunities for professional development, although it is not a partnership track position. The group is collegial and fast paced.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions
