The Business And Estate Planning Attorney will counsel clients from business start-ups to multi-million-dollar transactions. Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business and estate planning matters.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in Minnesota.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.

  • Applicable business or real estate experience is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
