Our rapidly growing Life Sciences practice group is seeking a talented attorney to continue driving the growth of our corporate legal services for clients in the Life Sciences sector. Responsibilities:

- Provide general corporate services for Life Sciences clients
- Assist with SEC compliance and reporting
- Handle sell and buy-side transactions, financings, and IPO's
- Advise on corporate governance matters
- Negotiate licensing and strategic partnership agreements

Requirements:

- Substantial Life Sciences client base
- Strong relationships in the Life Sciences community in San Diego/Southern California
- Experience in a leadership role in a similar practice group
- Knowledge of SEC compliance and reporting requirements
- Understanding of corporate governance principles
- Familiarity with licensing and strategic partnership agreements
