Kean Miller, a law firm with offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Houston, and The Woodlands, is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Transactional Partnership Track Associate for its Baton Rouge office. ## Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have:
* A minimum of three (3) years transactional experience
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong writing skills
* Excellent references
* The ability to interact directly with clients and further develop client and referral relationships
* A track record of high achievement

* The ability to work as part of a team
* A current state bar license
