A law firm is seeking an International Trade Associate Attorney for their Washington, DC office. The International Trade Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling . international trade and trade remedy matters, including anti-dumping/countervailing duty (AD-CVD), safeguard, customs, Section 232, Section 301, and UFLPA issues.

 

Job Details:

  • Superior communication and writing skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills necessary for legal research and case analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Experience:

2-5 years of experience handling . international trade and trade remedy matters such as AD-CVD, safeguard, customs, Section 232, Section 301, and UFLPA.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex trade-related issues.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of relevant international trade laws and regulations.
  • Experience with litigation and administrative proceedings related to international trade matters is preferred.
