About the Role:

- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with partners
- Vital role in expanding company's portfolio and driving overall business growth

Responsibilities:

- Act as a principal liaison for LexisNexis' portfolio of Print content alliances
- Identify and create new strategic relationships with targeted content providers
- Drive profitability of the portfolio
- Manage contract renewals and renegotiations
- Work cross-functionally to ensure contractual obligations are met and strategic objectives are achieved

Requirements:

- Experience in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements
- Diplomacy and solid business judgment in difficult situations
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- General knowledge and experience in developing business relationships
- In-depth understanding and experience with LexisNexis technologies, products, and services
