The Law Firm of Terry Hutchens is seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our growing real estate practice in Charlotte, NC. As an attorney in our firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of a real estate closing, from title search and review to conducting closing ceremonies and disbursing funds.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and comment on real estate closing documents
- Search and review title to real property
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and lenders
- Conduct closing ceremonies
- Assist in staff development and oversight

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate law
- . from an accredited law school
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and business documents
- High level of reasoning ability

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate law

Work Environment:
This position is based in our Charlotte or Columbia, South Carolina office and follows regular business hours.
