If you have 1 to 2 years of experience with discovery and depositions in professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate-related litigation, we want to hear from you!

The Role:
As a litigation attorney at our firm, you will handle a variety of challenging and complex cases, working with a team of experienced attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court. What We Offer:
• Competitive base salary of $105,000 to $115,000, based on experience

Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate-related cases
• Active license to practice law in the State of California
• Ability to work in our San Jose office and willingness to work in-office at least 4 days a week for training purposes
