Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work in a hybrid work model
- 2+ years of experience in federal partnership tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated research skills
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for work and client needs
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, or CFA

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as MST, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Transaction and M&A experience
- Alteryx experience

Salary Information:

- Range: $77,070 to $175,500
- Factors considered in compensation decisions include skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs
- Geographic differential not included in range estimate
- Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
