Complex Litigation Associate
The candidate will handle cases, and analyze research complex issues. experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Should have experience with professional liability defense, legal ethics, or risk management, which is a plus. Must be California licensed with strong academic credentials. Should have 3+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state; strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career; solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy; excellent organizational and communication skills.
