As a Real Estate Partner at Buckingham, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging commercial real estate matters. You will be a key member of our highly-respected real estate practice group and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including developers, lenders, investors, and property owners. You will also have the opportunity to work with attorneys from other practice areas within the firm to provide a full range of legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing
Draft and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
Conduct due diligence and title review
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff to ensure successful completion of transactions
Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Mentor and develop junior associates and staff

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a law firm real estate practice group
Book of $250,000 or more
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio or able to attain a license
