The ideal candidate should have a strong background in class action and antitrust matters, demonstrating a history of handling all phases of complex commercial litigation. The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and prior law firm experience.

Duties:

• Handling class action and antitrust matters.
• Managing all phases of complex commercial litigation.
• Conducting fact investigation.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting discovery and preparing pleadings.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in mediations.
• Communicating with opposing counsel and clients.
• Appearing in court for motions, pre-hearing proceedings, and trial.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Prior law firm experience (preferred).
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Civil litigation case management experience.
