The Real Estate Associate Role at Varnum LLP

Varnum LLP is looking for an experienced associate attorney to join our Real Estate Practice Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to clients on a variety of real estate matters.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of law firm experience and a strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions. You will have experience with purchase and sale agreements, easements, office, retail and industrial leases, and title and survey review and analysis. Experience with loan documentation, loan opinion and financing matters and renewable energy matters is a plus.

You will need excellent academic credentials, the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding customer/client service skills. is required.
