- Maintain and build relationships with policymakers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide development of products, services, and policies.
- Advocate for policy positions that benefit and protect the TikTok user community.
- Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant policy trends, legislative proposals, and issues.
- Articulate policy positions in various forms.
- Execute strategies for engaging with policymakers.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Government, Public Affairs, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive professional experience working in public policy and/or government.
- Knowledge of the legislative process and tech policy.
- Previous advocacy experience.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- JD or Advanced degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Government, Public Affairs, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous political experience.
- Previous experience working at a global company.
