## Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Transactional

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

**Locations:** Multiple Locations (Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC))

**Employment Type:** Full-time

### Responsibilities

- Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501© (3), and intellectual property litigation
- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
- Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals

### Requirements

- 2-10 years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus
- Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus
