Summary:

The Private Company team at RSM is seeking a Tax Manager to join their expanding Business Tax practice. This position offers a competitive salary range of $88,400-$167,200, as well as a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, a CPA license, and at least 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation. The Tax Manager will be responsible for advising business owner clients on a variety of tax opportunities, managing engagement teams, and staying up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
