## Foreclosure Lawyer - Associate Attorney at Padgett Law Group

Padgett Law Group is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Attorney to join its Foreclosure Department in Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high volume statewide foreclosure matters, providing legal representation and guidance, and acting as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

- Outline, prepare and present pleadings and other court and legal documents, as well as argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trial, as appropriate.
- Ensure that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm’s files.
- Oversee any actions of paralegals that are assigned to assist the attorney or the Contested Litigation Department.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel.
- Manage all files in accordance with applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) and firm-established timelines, rules, goals and objectives.
- Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained.
- Accept other duties as assigned from management.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission in good standing in AR.
- Experience in foreclosure law is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact.
- Professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, take initiative and adapt to change.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
