The candidate must have substantial experience in advising health care and medical technology clients in FDA regulatory matters, including advertising compliance, off-label use, 510k to post-market requirements, clinical studies, interaction with agencies, medical device reimbursement, human subject research and IRB standards compliance, and FDA subject matter due diligence review in M&A context.
