Job Title: Associate Attorney - Foreclosure H1: Join PLG as an Associate Attorney - Foreclosure in Atlanta, GA H2: Help us expedite high volume foreclosure cases as an Associate Attorney The law firm of Padgett Law Group is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team and assist in the oversight and management of high volume statewide foreclosure matters. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a strong understanding of creditor's rights. Key Responsibilities: - Provide oversight and management of high volume statewide foreclosure matters - Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel - Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence - Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of client and firm management systems - Create, manage, and review reports for exceptions and discrepancies in the firm's case management system Salary Information: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Experience: - Minimum of 2 years experience as an attorney, preferably in the field of foreclosure - Strong understanding of applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) - Experience with case management systems and creating, managing, and reviewing reports Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills - Ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact - Professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic - Ability to handle multiple priorities, take initiative, and adapt to change - Strong legal writing and research skills - Ability to outline, prepare, and present pleadings and other court and legal documents - Comfortable arguing the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trial At PLG, we value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
